Registration Guidelines

The following terms MUST be agreed upon to be enrolled at DTUD for the 2025-2026 Season:

It is the Parent/Guardian's responsibility to read and agree to the following terms.

I am aware that tuition fees are due by the 10th of each month regardless of which day my child's class is on. I realize and agree to pay the $15.00 late fee if my payment is late or a $15.00 fee will be automatically added to my account. A late statement will be sent on accounts that are 15 days past due.
Accounts that are beyond 30 days past due are subject to a Weekly Late Fee of an Additional $10 per/week.
Any account beyond 30-60 days past due and no communication on payment will be subject to an additional collection.
Accounts that are more than 30 days past due, will be subject to students removed from class until the account balance is paid in full.
I agree to pay a $30.00 service charge plus any additional bank charges if my check is returned for any reason.
Auto payments are taken out between the 1st - 10th of each month. I authorize these payments if I enroll in auto-pay. If my autopayment is declined, I will be subject to a $15 late fee.
Tuition remains the same each month regardless of holidays and/or student absences. Holidays observed are: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Break, Spring Break and Memorial Day (breaks are in accordance with the W.C.C.S. school system).
I understand that once my child exits the building they are no longer Dance 'Til U Drop's responsibility and/or liability. Children should always remain in the building until parents arrive to pick them up.
Once costumes are ordered, they cannot be cancelled and therefore I understand that I am responsible for full payment of the costume balance regardless if I remain enrolled or not.
ANY students withdrawing from classes MUST submit withdrawal in writing and be submitted by the parent.
I realize that there are no refunds given on tuition or costumes. In addition, if I withdraw my child from classes, any outstanding tuition and/or costume fees must be paid in full.
I understand that enrolling my child in classes is a commitment. If my child remains enrolled throughout the dance season, they will be required to perform in our annual recital show on June 6, 2026.

TEAM REQUIREMENTS

Drop Squad Team Members are required to attend ALL Performances & Mandatory Choreography Sessions Regardless of other activities. ALL Performances/Sessions will be given to team members in the Fall of the Dance Season.
Drop Squad Team Members MUST ATTEND ALL classes 2 weeks prior to ANY Performance (i.e. Competitions, Recital, etc) or be subject to removal from routines.
STARTING OCTOBER 1st, 2025; Drop Squad Team Members are allowed a Maximum of 5 absences from each class. Absences should be used for illness and/or after school activities.
Furthermore, Drop Squad Members missing more than 5 absences may be required to take make-up private classes at their expense.
If said dancer cannot maintain the choreography and/or performance aspects of said routines due to too many absences, they may be subject to removal from said routine.
Fall Sports & Fall After School Activities will be permissible for Drop Squad Members. Winter & Spring Sports should be avoided if they pose ANY conflicts with performances and/or class times as our limited classes are vital at this part of the dance season.
School activities that require your attendance for a school grade will be excused but must be submitted in writing.
Sports, Clubs, after school activities/meetings, etc. are not "excused" absences.

I hereby agree to all the requirements and guidelines described above, and release Dance 'Til U Drop along with Scott & April Frazier along with their instructors, from being responsible for injury or loss at or surrounded by Dance 'Til U Drop, or any other activities related to the studio or its members.
